Patriot Pride Tennis Camp: Teaching and Growing the Game

The camp is organized and run by Gerry McGrath and Meridith Bebee, coaches of the Great Valley High School Girls Tennis Team.  Gerry was originally certified by the USPTA in 1991, has taught tennis professionally in the area at several clubs and is a Social Studies teacher at the high school.  Meridith is a Great Valley Alum, was a singles player on a League Championship team for the Great Valley Patriots and is a guidance counselor at the high school. 

Together, they continue to promote tennis at Great Valley High School and beyond.

It continues to be their pleasure to be a part of this great game.  

Patriot Pride Tennis ....

Last May, the GV Boys Tennis Team won the State Team Championship.  Out of just under 900 high schools, this team finished first.  The were talented.  They worked very hard.  They battled injury, illness and adversity during the year.  Mostly they always believed in each other and will always walk together in this memory.  Plus, they were given a 5 lb chololate bar.....to share!
